工作职责：

"Primary (70%):
1. Develop new structure, new process of new product
2. Introduce new material/tool and verification
3. Setup standard plateform of new process
4. Make sure enough process window of new process and setup reasonable control plan
5. Transfer product to mass production line
Secondary (30%):
1. Control the cost of new process
2. Training new colleague

任职资格：

1. Familiar with Litho. process , proficient in track & scanner recipe, can setup track & scanner recipe independently
2. Familiar with ASML, Canon exposure tools and TEL track, KLA OVL tool , can optimize recipe setting, get best condition of new process
3. Be capable of analyzing tool log and solving problems
4. Expert in Scanner alignment and OVL improve
5. Have R&D and lead project experience ,can work under presure
6. Good problem solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude and is adequate in English.
