工作职责：

Manage ASIC development by co-working with design leader, operation and marketing.
Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in product design flow and platform validation activities.
Work independently and drive the results to achieve project delivery.
Manage and communicate project issues relating to design, validation, process, test, quality and field teams.

任职资格：

Background and track record in program management in IC analog/digital design.
Experience in Display Driver IC develop platform, panel bring-up/validation, issue identification.
Understanding of analog, digital circuit design and ASIC flows and methodologies, IC manufacturing process, and backend technologies.
Typically requires a BS with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
Verbal/written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
