工作职责:
1. Market Demand & Customer insight
• Conduct in-depth market research, covering core application areas such as Vlog/DSC device, Drone, sports camera, smart glass and other wearable camera. Track market size, growth trends, and technology evolution directions.
• Conduct competitor analysis, benchmarking product specifications, performance parameters, cost structures, and market strategies of leading domestic and international Image Sensor manufacturers. Develop competitor analysis reports and provide differentiated competition recommendations.
2. Product Specification Definition & Technical Alignment
• Based on market demand and customer feedback, draft Market Requirements Document (MRD) and Product feature list Document. Define core performance parameter.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams (algorithm, analog circuit, digital circuit, PE, AE) to translate market demands into implementable technical specifications. Organize technical feasibility review meetings, balance demand priorities and R&D resources, and ensure the product definition achieves the optimal balance between technical implementation and cost control.
3. Product Launch & Project Management
• Lead full product lifecycle management, develop detailed project plans covering key phases such as R&D design, sample production, test verification, and mass production introduction. Coordinate cross-functional resources including R&D, supply chain, quality, and production to ensure on-time and on-quality project delivery.
• Manage the entire sample management process, including sample application, production progress tracking, performance test coordination, customer sample delivery, and feedback collection. Establish sample ledgers, analyze sample test data, and drive R&D teams to optimize product performance.
• Monitor product development progress, identify project risks (such as technical bottlenecks, supply chain delays), develop contingency plans, and adjust plans in a timely manner. Regularly report project progress to management and customers.
4. Market promotion & sales support
• Develop product go-to-market strategies, collaborate with marketing teams to create product promotion materials including datasheets, and application notes, , ensuring materials accurately convey the core advantages of the product.
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions and technical seminars, responsible for product presentations and technical Q&A, and provide in-depth interpretation of product specifications and application scenarios to customers and partners.
• Provide technical training and pre-sales support to the sales team, assist in resolving customer questions regarding product selection and solution design. Collect sales feedback to continuously optimize product promotion strategies.
任职资格:
• Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1-4 year experience in Applications engineering, marketing or product engineering
• CMOS image sensor, camera systems, Image Signal processing and/or Digital Signal processing, optics, electro-optics or related field preferred
• Have a good understanding of the consumer camera market trends and requirements
• Limited travel might be required – customer promotion and tradeshow
• Strong verbal, written and communications skills required
