工作职责：

Position Overview:
Supply chain planning from new device tapeout to mass production in a fast pace high volume high product mix fabless semiconductor company
1. Interface with sales and marketing, maintain 2-way communication channel, related to production supply, demand changes, and new project status
2. Manage, report, escalate & proactive working with internal and external teams of Engineering, suppliers, and overseas production facilities to meet supply requirement and demand changes.
3. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product management during NPI phase to align project milestones and execute build instructions to meet project schedule
4. Actively working with product engineering and fulfillment team in Asia to clear production constraints and mitigate supply gaps
5. Communicate with foundry & sales/marketing for capacity & loading management to meet demand and revenue requirement.
6. Review historical trends, analyze forecast demand and inventory
7. Responsible for ENG and MP wafer purchasing requirement

任职资格：

1. Minimum of 3~5 years of related experience in manufacturing field, semiconductor foundry industry is preferred
2. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
3. Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); advanced Excel skills desired
5. Good English writing, listening, and speaking skill
6. MES & ERP experience preferred
