工作职责:
1. Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths and key business drivers. Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools with the focus on direct sourcing. 2. Work closely with hiring manager to ensure talent requirements are identified, met and aligned to business objectives. 3. Implement recruitment plan and drives achievement of the hiring targets, including time to fill and quality of hire. 4. Study & research high affect talent management methodology and assessment tools to improve the depth and diverseness of talent identification, cultivation and allocation. 5. Assist or lead to complete campus recruiting related project. 6. Enhance company branding by recruiting program. 7. Perform special projects and tasks as assigned.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree with 8 years’ experience in HR field. 2. Strong consulting, influencing, collaboration and management skills to drive analysis to successful outcomes. 3. Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal. 4. Honest, careful, reliable,data-driven person; open minded. 5. Independent and self-starter, good team work player and the ability to work under the pressure.
