工作职责：

Position Overview: 1. Responsible for TDDI/DDIC quality, and lead quality improvement on product, test, and quality processes, implement proactive actions to reduce test quality incidents, and drive internal quality improvement activities such as design, test and supplier quality. 2. Coordinating customers and internal team regarding all quality related communications including PCN, spec alignment, FA cycle time, RMA and audits. 3. Early involve for customer new project before customer mass production to solve potential quality problem in mass production. 1. Understand the product spec/ requirment/ quality systems from customers, achieve quality goals via audits and effective teamwork with internal and external resources. 2. Conduct failure analysis to identify the root cause and provide the solution to fix the application & quality issue, issue CCN report and write the FA report when necessary. 3. Provide technical/ documentation support and training to customers. 4. Coordinate external or internal resource to solve issue at customer production line & test. 5. Travel required for customer quality issue and external supplier audits. 6. Drive internal quality improvement activities such as design, test and supplier quality.

任职资格：

1. 3+ years of experience on quality& test engineering in semiconductor industry (knowledge of TDDI product is a plus) is preferred. 2. Good understanding and experience of electrical failure analysis of electronic component/module testing. 3. Dynamic, progressive, proactive, responsive, and hands-on experience and ability to work in multi-functional teams with minimum supervision. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, team spirit, and positive approach 5. Effective communication of progress in test improvement and quality status; verbally and in writing 6. Proficient in problem solving, report writing, and follow through.
