工作职责：

1. Follow up with supply chain in CIS Fab and TDDI to fulfill production schedule.
2. Monitor capacity expansion plan with suppliers and review the achieve rate of commit capacity.
3. Monitor and push develop controls and measurements to assure that these standards are met (cycle time, CLIP and CVP).
4. Plan materials to meet production schedule.
5. Cowork with ENG team to fulfill customer demand.
6. Discuss and understand CIS Fab and TDDI product to OVT system.
7. Daily allocate and release materials to suppliers based on production schedule.
8. Manage with the subcontractors to assure that all order commitment dates are achieved and the orders are shipped on time.
9. Daily monitor the accuracy of B2B data.
10. Weekly provide production output plan.

任职资格：

1. Minimum of 5~10 years work experience in Fab or design house.
2. Good English writing, listening and speaking skill.
3. Must have advanced computer skills of office applications (excel, etc).
4. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
5. MES & ERP experience are preferred.
