工作职责：

Position Overview: As a project manager worked with crossing function teams, be responsible for delivering the assigned projects as per agreed scope, quality, timeleine and resource, lead the projects assigned through all the stages to meet automotive project development process requirements. 1. Collaborate with the design and test teams to plan projects, leveraging MRD and customer requirements. 2.Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 3. Ensure smooth communication and information flow with R&D teams. 4. Monitor progress, report status, and propose corrective actions as needed. 5. Provide clear visibilty into project related aspects for different management levels. 6. Motivate the team to stay focusted on achieving project goals. 7. Communication with AE or Marketing for potential requirements.

任职资格：

1) Process knowledge and experience in general chip design project management practices and resource planning 2) Be familiar with ISO9001, ISO26262 standards. 3) Demonstrate strong Organiztional abilities, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. 4) Have proficient management skills 5) Have at least 5 years of project management experience 6) Hold a bachelor's degree or higher
