工作职责：

1. responsible for I/O’s IBIS model design among different product lines; 2. cooperate with verification team for IBIS model verification and delivery; 3. support IBIS model design innovation and flow optimization; 4. customer support correlated with IBIS model;

任职资格：

1. BSEE with 2+ years experiences in analog IC design; 2. hands-on skill in analog circuit design; 3. good team work, self-driven and motivated; 4. experience in IBIS model design will be a big plus; 5. experience in serial interface circuit design(differential transmitter etc) will be a big plus;
