工作职责：

1. Developing advanced CMOS image sensor technologies through process and device modeling using TCAD tools
2. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external foundries to define pixel designs, process conditions, and experiment splits
3. Benchmarking simulation results against silicon data, identifying discrepancies, and proposing effective solutions
4. Coordination with international TCAD teams to share lessons learned and to develop new methodologies and tools that improve simulation accuracy and efficiency.

任职资格：

1.Master degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;
2.A strong understanding of semiconductor device physics. such as photodiodes, MOSFETs,and junction behavior
3.Experience with process or device simulation tools like TCAD is highly desirable.
4.Prior involvement in CMOS or CIS development is also a plus.
