工作职责：

1. Study and propose optical structure to improve light absorption and reduce image atifacts.
2. Responsible for optical issue understanding and provide solution for various CMOS Image sensors.

任职资格：

• Experience of Nano/Micro photonics device development or similar. • Experience of wave and diffractive optical device development or similar. • Proficient in FDTD simulation, and optimization. • Knowledge of Fourier and Geometrical optics. • Knowledge of CMOS image sensor. • Good Image/Data analysis skill, by like Matlab, or Python, Excel etc. • Good communication skills, good at team work. • Graduate degree and above in the area of electro optical device, physics, EE, optics and related.
