
工作职责:
1. Handle customer orders promptly based on CRM & OM system, Providing feedback and documentation to customer in an accurate manner. 2.Manage distribution orders, buffer orders, and monitor delivery and inventory. 3.Support QA to control the special products, avoiding quality issues. 4. Assist Finance with rebate controlling and credit evaluations. 5. Provide the correct allocation to supply chain team and give early warning to avoid parts shortage. 6.Prompt escalation of urgent/critical case; Handle specific tasks assigned by management.
任职资格:
1. A College degree or above, with a preference for economics or international business. 2. At least 2 years working experience, Preferably with experience in Semiconductor industry. 3. Fluent in both verbal and written English. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM/SAP/ERP system. 5. Able to work independently, self-disciplined and under pressure. 6. Have strong team working abilities. 7. Detail-oriented and task-focused.
