工作职责：

1. Responsible for research jobs of SI/PI simulation and flow set up.
2. Responsible for high speed signal’s transmission research.
3. Responsible for high speed signal’s system performance research.
4. Responsible for customer issue debug and solution.
5. Research on test platform set up and debug.
6. Responsible for research report and customer debug report.

任职资格：

1. Background in electromagnetic, microwave technology or SI/PI research.
2. Strong hands-on lab operating skills and problem solving skills.
3. Expert in instruments’ usage, such as high speed oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and net analyzer.
4. Expert in SI/PI simulation tool and Python script.
5. Experienced in Serdes product is a great plus.
6. Good communication skills, especially in technical writing and reporting.
7. Self-motivated and ability to excel in a team environment.
8. 3 year+ working experience in related research industry.
