工作职责：

1. Manage global forecast system, follow up with each region about the changes and report to executive management.
2. Manage global allocation based on the demand and supply gaps on weekly base.
3. Manage inventory data and report, follow up with regional sales and marketing to reduce and clean up inventories, meanwhile manage new demand loading to ensure future customer needs.
4. Lead the system optimization and integration including forecast, allocation, planning, design tracking.
5. Support sales, operations, finance, legal teams in abnormal urgent cases, such as price adjustment, order changes, allocation follow up, shipping term changes caused by tariff, etc.
6. Assist sales teams in providing accurate analytic reports as need.
7. Implement and maintain metrics of customer forecast and fulfillment including historical data analysis, waterfall analysis, trending analysis etc.
8. Work closely with operations and sales teams to drive process improvement for existing CRMs including workflow, reporting, data integrity, and maintenance.

任职资格：

1. More than 5 year experiences in leading global or at least Asia Pacific regional sales operation functions and teams.
2. Prefer 10+ years working experiences in semiconductor industry.
3. Strong data driven thinking, problem-solving ability and multitask handler.
4. familiar with forecast, allocation, design tracking, revenue systems.
5. Solid understanding of relational databases: Oracle SQL Developer, Create database objects, Create and debug SQL queries & Load data into tables, validate and fix as appropriate.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a must ; Excel macro programming skill is a must.
7. High degree of computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Sales Tools and ERP Tools such as PowerBI, OracleCRM, Salesforce…etc.
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
9. Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
10. High level communication skills in Chinese and English.
11. Willing to accept conference calls at global time zones.
