工作职责：

1. Responsible for pixel layout design and pixel layout parasitic extraction; 2. Responsible for layout optimization to improve pixel performance; 3. Responsible for TCAD simulation of pixel performance; 4. Find and solve process problems related to pixel performance; 5. Assisted to evaluate the technical possibilities of FAB and CFA&ML fab about pixel design.

任职资格：

1. Master degree or above, more than one year of relevant work experience; 2. Solid theoretical knowledge of semiconductor devices; 3. Understand the working principle of image sensor; 4. Familiar with semiconductor technology; 5. Familiar with TCAD simulation tool; 6. Understand the basic knowledge of analog circuit and layout; 7. Familiar with Linux working environment; 8. Have the ability to solve problems independently, have a strong sense of innovation; 9. Good English reading and writing skills, strong team spirit.
