工作职责：
1. Coordinate project resource and manage project cost, schedule and quality targets for automotive NPI projects
2. Develop and maintain the project plan/schedule
3. Organize project milestone/status review meetings and tracking the project progress
4. Project risk assessment and management
5. Project defect management and change management
6. ISO9001 R&D certification and customer audit support
任职资格：
1. Master degree or above majoring in electronics Engineering
2. Organizing ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Good management skills
