工作职责：

1. Production CP/FT Yield, pixel performance improvements driving to meet company goal. 2. Fab line stability, and production cycle time improvements driving 3. Settle down and maintain Si Fab supply chain operation system, resolve all excursions & MRBs 4. Support fab for capacity extension to meet company loading requirements, 5. Support managers for business related request. 6. pushing fab optimize process window, reduce inline/OQC defect ratio.

任职资格：

1. Minimum of 2 years work experiences in foundry or related. 2. Clear about Foundry business and environment. 3. Good English writing, listening and speaking skill. 4. Must have advanced computer skills of office applications (excel, etc). 5. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
