工作职责:
1. Responsible for payroll, social insurance and housing fund (multi-city), IIT, OT pay and other related work; 2. Handle social insurance and housing fund (multi-city) for new and termination employees; 3. Responsible for HRSSC to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, including but not limited to on-boarding, resignation, transfer, staff file management, daily staff questions and other business processing; 4. Develop and optimize delivery processes with HRSSC team, output standardized sops and continuously improve service levels; 5. Operation and maintenance HR related system to ensure accuracy of data reports; 6. Handle declaration work, such as talent subsidy declaration, industrial injury, HuKou etc; 7. Support other tasks as assigned
任职资格:
1. Bachelor / Associate degree with 3 year's experience in HR C&B field 2. Familiar with labor law and related regulation 3. Knowledge about Hong Kong and Taiwan labor laws and regulations is a plus 4. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese 5. Detail-oriented, reliable, data-driven person 6. Strong sense of accoutability and confidentiality; self-motivated to have continuous improvement
