工作职责：

On this key position, besides routine work, such as interfacing EDA vendors for tools' evaluation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, you will be able to make significant contributions to participate in the analog design flow development and to make enhancement with your experience. 1.Develop and maintain analog/mixed-signal design flow.
2.Provide technical support to design team.
3.Tool evaluation & upgrade, interfacing EDA vendor for modern analog/mixed-signal design
methodology.

任职资格：

1. BSEE with 5+ (or MSEE with 3+) years working experiences;
2. Experience in analog/mixed-signal design, full-custom layout design, drc/lvs/rcx rulefile development or PDK development;
3. Practical skill with Virtuoso/Laker, Calibre/Assura, StarRC/QRC, Spectre/Hspice/afs, ADE, Liberate, Totem, Skipper, SOS or other revision control tool for analog design;
4. Good at drc/lvs/rcx debug and PDK customization;
5. Deep understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, basic knowledge of STD/IO library;
6. Good programming skill with at least one language (eg, shell, perl, skill, tcl) in linux and a strong desire to automate flow;
7. Clear concept of IR drop analysis, experience of chip power modeling is a plus;
8. Self-motivated to drive for excellence. Must be a team player, and be disciplined and well organized;
9. Excellent communication skills, and be able to work under schedule pressure;
10. Good written and spoken English
