工作职责：

1. Major To manage subcontractor for yield enhancement and root cause finding of each excursion 2. Major To improve subcontractor for production line stability and process cycle time reduction 3. Major Regularly review in line and off line SPC data 4. Major Regularly audit production line about Process Record/Discipline Maintenance and PM Record 5. Major Regularly review Process Control Plan and PFMEA and timely update Control Plan and PFMEA base on improvement actions of each line excursion or customer complaint 6. Option To drive more competitive design rule 7. Option To define process specification of new technology or new product

任职资格：

1. MS in EE, Chem. E or Physics 2. Minimum of 10 years direct experience in semiconductor or package house 3. Thorough knowledge of assembly process and substrate design 4. Working knowledge of Cu Pillar, CSP, Lead Free Bumping 5. Excellent communications skills 6. Experience with automotive requirements preferred 7. Knowledge of silicon technology preferred
